Meet Ruben! Ruben is a lovable, 40-pound, short-legged sweetheart who has been waiting since May for his forever home. His brother, Pascal, has been adopted, and now it’s Ruben’s turn! He is friendly, outgoing, great with kids and other dogs, and loves being around people. He walks well on a leash, knows how to sit, enjoys car rides, and is happy whether he’s out on an adventure or relaxing at home.
